Shipping policy

“Ready to go” orders are processed between 3-5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). 

Orders placed on a Friday after 3 p.m. EST and over the weekend will not start being processed until the following business day.

“Made to Order” items will be delivered within 1-3 weeks from the date of order confirmation, depending on the availability of materials required for production.

If the required materials are unavailable when you place your order, we will quickly contact you. We will supply you with a precise estimate of the duration needed to procure the materials, finish the production process, and then coordinate the shipping. Your satisfaction is our highest concern, and we will work closely with you to efficiently meet your delivery expectations.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please be aware that tracking updates may take approximately 24 hours to appear online (USPS Service).  

It is important to note that the postal service operates independently of Marea Estilo Playero. We do not have direct control over their operations; therefore, we are not accountable for any delays.    

Please make sure your address is correct.  We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or the replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect addresses. Clients will be invoiced for shipping costs if we have to re-send an order due to an insufficient or incorrect address.

Marea Estilo Playero is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. 

All orders ship via USPS.

Shipping is FREE in orders $100+

$5 flat rate in orders $0-$99
