Do not return your product without contacting us first.

Once the order is confirmed, the customer won’t be able to cancel or change the order.

All items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned.

 

“Ready to Go” 

Please review our return policy below for our “Ready to Go” items:

•  All items purchased “Ready to Go” are final and cannot be returned. Please make sure you are choosing the correct size. We are not responsible for items that do not fit due to incorrect sizing.
• Once the order is confirmed, you won’t be able to cancel or change the order.

“Made to order”

 Please review our return policy below for our “Made to Order” items:

•    Items with custom modifications are final sale and don't qualify for store credit. 
• Each order is made based on the information provided by the customer. Please make sure you are providing the correct measurements.
• We are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience, even when it comes to our "Made to Order" swimsuits. We understand that there may be specific situations where you need to make a return due to sizing issues. 
• Here's our return policy to guide you through the process:
•  You have a two-day window from the delivery date (“items marked as delivered”) to email us ( info@mareaestiloplayero.com) in order to initiate a return and receive authorization for store credit. Include the following information:
• Order number.
• Product description.
• Reason for the request (too big or too small).
• We will respond to your email and provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
•   The swimsuit must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, with no scents, and with all tags and packaging intact. Worn, washed or otherwise used products will not be accepted.
•   Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned "Made to Order" swimsuit, we will proceed with the following:
•   If the return is approved and it meets our eligibility criteria, we will issue a store credit in the amount of the returned item's value.
•  We do not offer cash refunds.

 We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for return shipping label costs. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. We will send an invoice with a return label for new shipping costs via email. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
